'Follow The Moon'



1998 - Last album released by Brightwater.
All original songs including re-arranged versions of 'Witchwood' and 'Lazy River Rag' from the 'Brightwater' self-titled album.





1994 - The first album recorded by the band includes the song 'Witchwood'. This song was co-written by Phil Young, Rick Sidwick and Elaine Young and won the category prize for 'a song in a traditional style' in the 1994 Australian Songwriters Association' song writing contest.
The album of all original material was originally released on cassette but new arrangements of 'Witchwood' and 'Lazy River Rag' were included on the later CD, 'Follow The Moon'.

'Shadows In The Grass'

2011 - Twelve previously unrecorded songs and one instrumental in a range of acoustic/folk styles. Written, performed and produced by Phil Young with backing vocals from Elaine Young
and extra production by David Miller. The title song won best song in the Penninsula Folk Club song writing contest in 2008.

2011 - Ten 'Tall tales and true of tall ships and true grit'.
A compilation of previously recorded songs of the sea written or co-written by Phil.
Some from 'Follow The Moon' some from 'Shadows In The Grass', one from 'Live & Acoustic - 25 years of the Selby Folk Club' plus one written for the 'Spirit of Mystrey' voyage.
These have been recorded in a variety of circumstances including live at the Selby Folk Club. As such they exhibit a diversity of production styles and quality.
An album mainly for those who love the exploits of sailors both past and present.

'Big Boys Toys'

2012 - Twelve original songs from the imagination of singer/sonmgwriter Tim Hannan. Styles range from 'Country', through 'Australiana' and 'Folk' wiht a bit of a real 'blokey' feel on the title track and a fun children's song to round it out. Tim's playful side shines through in several songs tempered with a sensitive treatment of more social issues on others.

'Tarted Up...

The Jam Tart Trio


2011 - A five track EP with a definite 50s and 60s feel. Presented by a fun bunch of performers from the Dandenong Ranges. The smiles on the faces of Lorraine, Heather and Kaz on the cover, say everything.
Songs include: 'Why Do Fools Fall In Love?', 'Walk On By', 'Dream A Little Dream', 'It's A Heartache' and 'Sea Of Heartbreak'.
